When participating in the TARSIER REANIMAL x Discord Halloween Fan Art Contest 2026 (Promotion), open from October 8, 2026, 04:00 PM CEST through October 20, 2026, 11:59 PM CEST, organized by Tarsier Studios Productions AB Roskildevägen 1 B, 211 47 Malmö, Sweden (Organizer or TARSIER), the participant accepts the following terms and conditions (T&C):

1. Participation and Exclusion

The Promotion is open to legal residents of legal age European Union, EEC, UK, USA, Canada and Australia[SW1.1]. A participant may only participate in its own name and one time. Individuals working at TARSIER or TARSIER and members of their families, individuals in any way associated with TARSIER or its partners and staff working for the Promotion are excluded. The Organizer, in its sole discretion, will not accept a submission if: (a) it has been automatically generated by a computer; or (b) is incomplete or flawed or (c) deemed unlawful especially content that promotes racial hatred or violates human dignity, or which may otherwise be harmful to the goodwill and Organizer’s reputation.

2. How to participate:

Go to Tarsier Studios homepage at https://tarsier.se, find the Discord channel named #halloween-art-contest-2026 and post your REANIMAL Halloween themed art.

3. How to win:

Community Voting on Discord (Oct 21 – Oct 26): The community will be asked to vote for its favorite artwork using reaction emojis over this 5-day period.

The top 3 entries with the highest number of community votes in Discord will be part of the shortlist. An internal jury at TARSIER (Oct 27 – Oct 29) will decide internally on the overall winner. The winner will be notified by TARSIER through Discord on/by October 29, 2026.

If a participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days of dispatch of notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a substitute winner will be chosen out of the 3 entries with the most votes. The Organizer may use technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent fraudulent, automated, scripted, or otherwise artificial voting activity, including without limitation CAPTCHA, email verification, rate limiting, duplicate-account detection, IP/device analysis, and log review. Only votes submitted through the official voting process and accepted by the Organizer’s validation systems shall be counted.

Votes generated or suspected, in the Organizer’s reasonable determination, to have been generated by bots, scripts, fake accounts, click farms, coordinated manipulation, duplicate identities, proxy/VPN abuse, or any other artificial or unfair means may be voided, excluded, or removed at any time, with or without notice. The Organizer may also disqualify any participant who, in the Organizer’s reasonable determination, has benefited from or encouraged such conduct.

If the Organizer determines that the integrity or fairness of the voting process has been compromised, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, cancel, extend, reset, or modify the voting process, invalidate affected votes, or determine the winner by an alternative method, including review by a jury or panel, to preserve a fair outcome.

Winner Verification and Publication: The Organizer may require any selected winner to provide their full legal name and reasonable proof of identity, age, and eligibility before awarding the prize. If the winner does not provide the requested information in time, the Organizer may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.

4. Prize

Tarsier Studios social media channels on Halloween day, October 31, 2026 (together the Prize). One winner for the Prize. The winning artwork selected by Tarsier Studios will be published across Tarsier Studios' official social media channels on Halloween Day, October 31, 2026 (with full credit and tags to the artist)!

The Prize cannot be exchanged or delivered as cash payment. The winner is not allowed to transfer the Prize to a third party. The winner must pay all taxes applicable under the tax laws of their country of residence. These taxes are not part of the Prize and must be paid by the winner.

5. Warranty Exclusions

As far as the law permits, in no event shall the Organizer, its employees, agents or sales partners be responsible or liable to indemnify prize recipients or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death resulting from participation in the Promotion or the use of the prize. Any limitation of liability in the event of fraud, malice or gross negligence is excluded. A Participant’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

The Organizer does not take on any liability for the availability or functioning of the Promotion.

In no event the Organizer is responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under these T&C if the reasons for this are due to circumstances or influences beyond its reasonable control – such as strikes, work stoppages, accidents and interruptions, loss or the malfunction of utilities, communication or computer services (software or hardware) if these circumstances constitute force majeure within the meaning of applicable local law. As far as the law allows, no other terms and conditions, guarantees or other terms apply to the Promotion, and all free products are provided in their actual condition without any express or implied warranty (including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of satisfactory quality or suitability for a particular purpose). With the awarding of the prize, the Organizer is, in any case, released from all obligations.

6. Publicity Rights

By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees to allow the Organizer to use their Discord username and profile picture and audio and video recordings for promotional materials and activities on social media channels.

The participant confirms that it holds all regal rights in the postings and declares that by participating in the Promotion no rights of third parties are violated, in particular that the contents of the postings were personally created by the Participant (original human-created work) and that no intellectual property rights of any kind (copyrights, personal rights, likeness or registered trademarks etc) are violated in connection with the participation. Content generated, assisted, or materially modified by automated means, including artificial intelligence tools, is prohibited and may be disqualified. The Participant declares to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless against any claims of third parties.

The Participant grants to the Organizer the non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferrable, world-wide and perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, display, perform, distribute and create derivative works of the contents of the postings in any and all formats on any channel and in any medium, including websites and social media channels managed by the Organizer for the purpose of this contest, publicity, marketing and advertising.

The publication or presentation of the winning entry or the winner on social media or other public channels is subject to the Organizer’s approval, editorial discretion, and legal/compliance review. Winning does not guarantee that the Organizer will publish the winner’s name, profile, or entry.

The Organizer may disqualify a participant, decline or remove publication, and/or substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if the Participant provided false information, used a false identity, violated these T&C, infringed third-party rights, or if publication would create legal, safety, platform-policy, or reputational concerns.

7. Privacy protection

TARSIER does not collect any other personal data of a Participant other than the ones provided via Discord and gathered directly from a winner.

The personal data gathered and saved by TARSIER is only used to arrange and execute the Promotion. Moreover, information on how TARSIER is permitted to collect, process and store your personal data for the Promotion and other purposes can be found in our privacy policy on our homepage at https://thqnordic.com/legal/privacy.

8. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction

Austrian substantial law with the exclusion of conflicts of laws rules, Vienna courts.

9. General

Legal recourse is excluded; no correspondence can be entered into about the Promotion. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these T&C shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these T&C shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

These T&C can be changed at any time by the Organizer without specific notification or changed accordingly by the provision of corresponding information in the competition. The latest version of these T&C is published on the website of the Organiser. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion and without reason.
