When participating in the THQ Nordic REANIMAL x noblechairs Prize Draw 2026 (Promotion), open from February 2, 2026, 04:00 PM CET through February 13, 2026, 04:00 PM CET, organized by THQ Nordic GmbH, Landstrasser Haupstrasse 1/23, 1030 Vienna, Austria (Organizer or THQ Nordic), the participant accepts the following terms and conditions (T&C):

1. Participation and Exclusion

The Promotion is open to legal residents of legal age of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. A participant may only participate in its own name and one time. Individuals working at THQ Nordic and members of their families, individuals in any way associated with THQ Nordic or its partners and staff working for the Promotion are excluded. The Organizer, in its sole discretion, will not accept a submission if: (a) it has been automatically generated by a computer; or (b) is incomplete or flawed or (c) deemed unlawful especially content that promotes racial hatred or violates human dignity, or which may otherwise be harmful to the goodwill and Organizer’s reputation.

2. How to participate:

• Follow @THQNordic and @noblechairs on X (formerly known as Twitter); and
• Like to the Promotion post [https://x.com/THQNordic/status/2018353971253911611]; and
• Tag your co-op partner for #REANIMAL in the replies.

3. How to win:

One (1) winner will be selected at random and notified via direct message on X on February 13, 2026. If a participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days of dispatch of notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a substitute winner will drawn.

4. Prize

One (1) custom Reanimal branded gaming chair noblechairs Legend plus one (1) game key for Reanimal for a platform of the winner’s choice (together the Prize). One winner for the Prize. The Prize cannot be exchanged or delivered as cash payment. The winner is not allowed to transfer the Prize to a third party. The winner must pay all taxes applicable under the tax laws of their country of residence. These taxes are not part of the Prize and must be paid by the winner.

5. Warranty Exclusions

As far as the law permits, in no event shall the Organizer, its employees, agents or sales partners be responsible or liable to indemnify prize recipients or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death resulting from participation in the Promotion or the use of the prize. Any limitation of liability in the event of fraud, malice or gross negligence is excluded. A Participant’s statutory rights remain unaffected. The Organizer does not take on any liability for the availability or functioning of the Promotion. In no event the Organizer is responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under these T&C if the reasons for this are due to circumstances or influences beyond its reasonable control – such as strikes, work stoppages, accidents and interruptions, loss or the malfunction of utilities, communication or computer services (software or hardware) if these circumstances constitute force majeure within the meaning of applicable local law. As far as the law allows, no other terms and conditions, guarantees or other terms apply to the Promotion, and all free products are provided in their actual condition without any express or implied warranty (including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of satisfactory quality or suitability for a particular purpose). With the awarding of the prize, the Organizer is, in any case, released from all obligations.

6. Privacy protection

THQ Nordic does not collect any other personal data of a Participant other than the ones provided via X. The personal data gathered and saved by THQ Nordic is only used to arrange and execute the Promotion. Moreover, information on how THQ Nordic is permitted to collect, process and store your personal data for the Promotion and other purposes can be found in our privacy policy on our homepage at https://thqnordic.com/legal/privacy.

7. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction

Austrian substantial law with the exclusion of conflicts of laws rules, Vienna courts.

8. General

Legal recourse is excluded; no correspondence can be entered into about the Promotion. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these T&C shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these T&C shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. These T&C can be changed at any time by the Organizer without specific notification or changed accordingly by the provision of corresponding information in the competition. The latest version of these T&C is published on the website of the Organiser. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion and without reason.
