When participating in this contest, the participant accepts the following conditions:

1. Participation and Exclusion

Participation is allowed for individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals working at THQ Nordic or/and staff working for the Giveaway Contest are excluded. Participants can enter the contest and have the possibility to win starting from March 23, 2023 until March 26, 2023. Participants are only eligible to win if they are attending PAX East 2023 and are able to pick up their prize in person at the THQ Nordic booth after the winner has been announced. The host has the right to exclude anyone from the contest that does not follow these regulations.

How to participate:

• Take a picture at the SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake photowall at THQ Nordic's PAX East 2023 booth.
• Post it on Twitter.
• Include the hashtag #CosmicPAX and tag @THQNordic.

How to win:

• One winner will be chosen from a random draw each day.
• The winner will be announced at 5 PM EDT and asked to pick up their prize at the THQ Nordic booth at PAX East before 6 PM EDT.

2. Prize

All participants take part in the draw for:

• March 23, 2023 - SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake BFF Edition for Xbox One
• March 24, 2023 - SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake BFF Edition for Nintendo Switch
• March 25, 2023 - SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake BFF Edition for PlayStation 4
• March 26, 2023 - SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake BFF Edition for Nintendo Switch

It is the contestant's responsibility to complete all information required to enter the contest. Flawed or incomplete contact information may disqualify contestant from entering.

3. No cash payment, no exchange or legal process

The prize cannot be exchanged or delivered as cash payment. The winner is not allowed to transfer the prize to a third party and must pick up the prize in person. In case the winner does not reply to THQ Nordic’s attempt to contact them or fails to pick up their prize in time, a new winner will be chosen from among all other participants.

4. Accountability

The host is not liable for

• mistakes in the process of transferring or receiving data,
• theft, damage or unauthorized access and alteration of participant data,
• technical problems of any sort,
• damage of the participant’s computer due to the participation in the contest.

5. Caveat Emptor

The host does not take on any liability for the availability or functioning of the contest.

6. Privacy protection

The personal data gathered and saved by the host during the contest is only used to arrange and execute the contest. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter.
