When participating in this contest, the participant accepts the following conditions:

1. Participation and Exclusion

Participation is allowed for individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals working at THQ Nordic or and staff working for the Giveaway Contest are excluded. Participants can enter the contest and have the possibility to win starting from February 9th until February 18th, 23:59 UTC. The host has the right to exclude anyone from the contest that does not follow these regulations. By participating in the current contest the winners grant THQ Nordic, Purple Lamp, and Nickelodeon usage rights for the uploaded screenshots on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X.

• On Twitter/X: Use the new Photomode in The Cosmic Shake to capture your best moment, post your picture using the hashtag #CosmicPhotomode and follow @THQNordic on Twitter/X!
• On Facebook: Use the new Photomode in The Cosmic Shake to capture your best moment, post your picture using the hashtag #CosmicPhotomode in the comments of the giveaway post and follow @THQNordic on Facebook!
• On Instagram: Use the new Photomode in The Cosmic Shake to capture your best moment, post your picture using the hashtag #CosmicPhotomode and follow @THQNordic on Instagram!

2. Prize

• The Top 4 entries can choose between a SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated and a SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake key with the Costume Pack on a platform of their choice!
• The winners will be chosen after the giveaway contest has ended. We will announce the winners on February 19 in the comments of on the official THQ Nordic social channels.

The prize will be delivered via direct message on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter/X. It is the contestant's responsibility to complete all information required to enter the contest. Flawed or incomplete contact information may disqualify contestant from entering.

3. No cash payment, no exchange or legal process

The prize cannot be exchanged or delivered as cash payment. The winner is not allowed to transfer the prize to a third party.

4. Accountability

The host is not liable for

• mistakes in the process of transferring or receiving data,
• theft, damage or unauthorized access and alteration of participant data,
• technical problems of any sort,
• damage of the participant’s computer due to the participation in the contest.

The host does not take on any liability for the availability or functioning of the contest.

6. Privacy protection
