When participating in this contest, the participant accepts the following conditions:

1. Participation and Exclusion

Participation is allowed for individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals working at THQ Nordic, Black Forest Games and staff working for the Giveaway Contest are excluded. Participants can enter the contest and have the possibility to win starting from July 04, 2020 until July 16, 2020. The host has the right to exclude anyone from the contest that does not follow these regulations.

How to participate:

• Follow @destroyallhumansgame on Facebook or @DAH_Crypto on Twitter.
• Send your Destroy All Humans! fan art to fanart@bfgames.biz.
• Include your preferred credits (name and/or social media handles) in the mail so we can credit you.

How to win:

• Three winners will be chosen by an internal jury consisting of Black Forest Games and THQ Nordic employees.
• The winner will be notified per mail on July 19, 2020. Additionally, the winning artworks will be posted on social media channels associated with Destroy All Humans!, Black Forest Games and THQ Nordic.

2. Prize

• All participants take part in a contest for 3x1 Destroy All Humans! loading screen artworks of their choice printed on canvas and signed by the artist.

Prize includes shipping and handling costs if the Winners’ residence is within the United States or Europe. Shipping and handling for winners residing outside of these areas are paid by the winner. It is the contestant's responsibility to complete all information required to enter the contest. Flawed or incomplete contact information may disqualify contestant from entering.

3. No cash payment, no exchange or legal process

The prize cannot be exchanged or delivered as cash payment. The winner is not allowed to transfer the prize to a third party.

4. Accountability

The host is not liable for

• mistakes in the process of transferring or receiving data,
• theft, damage or unauthorized access and alteration of participant data,
• technical problems of any sort,
• damage of the participant’s computer due to the participation in the contest.

5. Caveat Emptor

The host does not take on any liability for the availability or functioning of the contest.

6. Privacy protection

The personal data gathered and saved by the host during the contest is only used to arrange and execute the contest. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.

All participants agree that their submitted artworks can be posted on any official channels associated with Destroy All Humans!, Black Forest Games and THQ Nordic including the credits they provided in the initial mail.
