When participating in THQ Nordic Creator Portal missions, open from March 4 2025, 03:00 PM CET through December 31 2025, 11:59 PM CET, organized by THQ Nordic GmbH, Austria, the participant accepts the following conditions:

1. Participation and Exclusion

Participation is allowed for individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals working at THQ Nordic and members of their family, individuals in any way associated with THQ Nordic or their partners and staff working for the THQ Nordic Creator Portal are excluded. Void in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Crimea, non-government-controlled areas of the Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts of Ukraine, Syria, and where otherwise prohibited by law.

Participants can receive mission rewards if they are participants of the THQ Nordic Creator Portal missions. Any use of generative AI is prohibited. The host has the right to, in its sole discretion, exclude anyone that does not follow these regulations. Any use of robotic, automated, macro-based, programmed, third-party developed or similar methods to enter the Promotion will void the attempted entry by such methods and disqualify the individual who used them. One participant may only participate one time.

Entries that are deemed to be unlawful, especially content that promotes racial hatred or violates human dignity, or which may otherwise be harmful to the goodwill and reputation of THQ Nordic will be rejected;

The participant confirms that it holds all regal rights in the contest work and declares that by participating in the contest no rights of third parties are violated, in particular that the contest work was personally created by the participant and that no intellectual property rights of any kind (copyrights, personal rights, likeness or registered trademarks etc) are violated in connection with this contest work. The participant declares to indemnify and hold THQ Nordic harmless against any claims of third parties.

The participant grants to THQ Nordic the non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferrable, world-wide and perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, display, perform, distribute and create derivative works of the contest work in any and all formats on any channel and in any medium, including websites and social media channels managed by THQ Nordic for the purpose of this contest, publicity, marketing and advertising.

THQ Nordic GmbH reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion at any time at its sole discretion and without reason.

2. Prize

The winner will be determined by an internal jury consisting of THQ Nordic employees.

If a participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days of receiving notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, the winner will be drawn once again. Participants will receive prizes specified in the description of each mission.

It is the participant's responsibility to complete all information required to join the THQ Nordic Creator Portal. Flawed or incomplete contact information may disqualify the participant from entering.

3. No cash payment, no exchange or legal process

The prize cannot be exchanged or delivered as cash payment. The winner is not allowed to transfer the prize to a third party. Recourse to legal action is excluded.

The winner must pay all taxes applicable under the tax laws of their country of residence. These taxes are not part of the prize and must be paid by the winner

4. Accountability

THQ Nordic are not liable for

• mistakes in the process of transferring or receiving data,
• theft, damage or unauthorized access and alteration of participant data,
• technical problems of any sort,
• damage of the participant’s computer due to the participation in THQ Nordic Creator Portal missions.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The host does not take on any liability for the availability or functioning of the THQ Nordic Creator Portal.

The following exclusions and limitations of liability apply to the liability of the organizer, notwithstanding the other statutory provisions.

The organizer shall only be liable for direct damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded, except in the case of personal injury. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

These limitations of liability also apply to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents of the organizer.

6. Publicity Rights

By participating in this promotion, each participant agrees to allow the Organiser to use their PSN ID and avatar in connection with the reasonable advertising effectiveness of the promotion on PlayStation channels

7. Privacy protection

The personal data gathered and saved by the host is only used to arrange and execute the THQ Nordic Creator Portal missions.

All correspondence with the winners will be by e-mail. Participants acknowledge and agree that the disclosure of a valid e-mail address is required in particular for claiming or sending the prize. The participants themselves are responsible for providing the correct data.

8. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction

Austrian substantial law with the exclusion of conflicts of laws rules, Vienna courts.
