When participating in this contest, the participant accepts the following conditions:

1. Participation and Exclusion

Participation is allowed for individuals 18 years of age or older. Individuals working at THQ Nordic or and staff working for the Giveaway Contest are excluded. Participants can enter the contest and have the possibility to win starting from March 13, 2018 until March 20, 2018, 23:59 UTC. The host has the right to exclude anyone from the contest that does not follow these regulations.

By participating in the current contest the 4 winners grant THQ Nordic and Bugbear Entertainment usage rights for the uploaded screenshots on Steam, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and www.wreckfestgame.com.

How to participate:

• Become a fan of @WRECKFESTOFFICIAL on Facebook!
• Upload your in-game screenshot to Steam until March 20, 2018!
• Folow this guide for info about how to upload your screenshot and submission rules: http://n.thq.com/1Zn930iV7ub
• Post your screenshot in the comments under this Facebook post (Link: http://n.thq.com/r4Kq30iUScn) using the hashtags #WRECKFEST #BUGBEAR.

The winners will be chosen after the giveaway contest has ended. We will announce the winners on March 22, 2018 in the comments below this Facebook post and the winners will be asked to send through their contact details via private message on Facebook @WRECKFESTOFFICIAL.

2. Prize

• First prize: 1x Steam Gift Card EUR 100 + 1x Steam Code for MX vs ATV All Out + 1x Steam Code for Wreckfest as a gift for a friend
• Plus 3 additional winners will each receive 1x Steam Code for MX vs ATV All Out + 1x Steam Code for Wreckfest as a gift for a friend

It is the contestant's responsibility to complete all information required to enter the contest. Flawed or incomplete contact information may disqualify contestant from entering.

Prize includes shipping and handling costs if the Winners’ residence is within Europe. Shipping and handling for winners residing outside of these areas are paid by the winner.

3. No cash payment, no exchange or legal process

The prize cannot be exchanged or delivered as cash payment. The winner is not allowed to transfer the prize to a third party.

4. Accountability

The host is not liable for

• mistakes in the process of transferring or receiving data,
• theft, damage or unauthorized access and alteration of participant data,
• technical problems of any sort,
• damage of the participant’s computer due to the participation in the contest.

5. Caveat Emptor

The host does not take on any liability for the availability or functioning of the contest.

6. Privacy protection

The personal data gathered and saved by the host during the contest is only used to arrange and execute the contest. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
